Laser cutting
In order to further development of our product manufacturing activities, we have constructed a laser cutting plant.
In the laser cutting hall, state-of-art machines are used:
- AMADA LCG-3015 NT 3.5 kW laser cutting machine – CO2 laser
- LVD SIRIUS 3015 PLUS 4 kW laser cutting machine – CO2 laser
- LVD ORION 3015 PLUS 2.5 kW laser cutting machine – CO2 laser
- AMADA ENSYS-3015 AJ laser cutting machine – fiber laser
The machining travel is 3000 x 1500 mm.
With our state-of-art machines, quality-oriented, experienced staff, we produce sheet metal parts that meet the highest expectations.
CNC bending
A state-of-the-art press brake was put into operation in our sheet metal machining area.
- LVD PPEB-EFL 170/30 Hydraulic Press Brake
The CNC-controlled press brake enables precise machining, it is also possible to produce complex sheet metal parts with various bending tools.
Working length: 3050 mm, pressing force: 1700 kN.
