Pannon Tools Szerszámgyártó Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. successfully applied for a tender in a subject of support of utilization of innovation results for SMEs announced in the framework of New Széchenyi Plan. For its project with a total budget of HUF 43.5 million, it received a non-refundable grant of HUF 19.433 million.
Our Company is a Hungarian owned company founded in 1993. The main activity of the company was initially the production of tools, then due to the market demand, we further developed our production technology and we also manufacture sheet metal parts.
Within the framework of the project, our company submitted its application for the purpose of supporting the utilization of innovation results and technological investment. During the completion of the project a spot welding machine with an ABB 6-axis robot (Suzuki 3- and 5-door seat assembly and CO welder robot).
With this equipment, we have developed a new technology that makes servicing of automotive customers economical.
The application of this technology is much cheaper than the multi-step workflow process used so far. In addition to cost savings, it is also environmentally beneficial.
The purchased Suzuki 3- and 5-door seat assembly and CO welding robot do not require manual intervention, it performs the pre-programmed tasks automatically.
The company has the appropriate professional and organizational background to operate the equipment procured during the development and to maintain the results created directly and indirectly. Thanks to the quality and precise workmanship as well as the state-of-the-art machine, the order volume is expected to increase. Our company implemented the development at its site in Győr, which promotes to maintain the current workforce.
The equipment procured during the implementation of the project will be utilized immediately, so it will be integrated into the day-to-day operations of the company immediately after commissioning.
The machine purchased in frame of the project embodies quality technology and meet the strict safety standards set by the European Union in all respects.
The purchased machine will help the company to become a significant player in the market, thus increasing the modernization of our sales.
The implementation of the project has helped our company to improve its competitiveness and increase its revenues.
