About us

Pannon Tools Kft. is a Hungarian owned company founded in 1993.
In the beginning, our main profile was tool production, but since then we have had also several eccentric presses, so we could test the cold forming tools on the premises. Thus our possibilities have expanded, so we could not only undertake the production of tools, but also the production of sheet metal parts with cold forming tools. It is in line with our business philosophy according to which a company needs to diversify. In addition, these activities complement each other, as a press plant needs a tool-production background where regular tool maintenance and repairs can be performed.

At our tool production business line we are able to produce all possible tool constructions, such as:

• cold forming tools (blanking-, punching-, bending-, etc. tools, serial-, and progressive tools),
• hot forming tools (dies, forging tools)
• plastic injection, blow moulding tools
• aluminium pressure die casts

As a result of improvements, the production of sheet metal parts and stampings became the main business line by 2005.

Due to the increasing number of orders and in order to provide better services for our customers we built a 3300 m2 new production hall in the Industrial Park of Győr in 2005, one third (1100 m2) of which was laid out as a new press plant. In the plant, we also installed new high capacity eccentric press lines with pressing forces of 315 tons and 250 tons. In the production hall, a welding area has also been set up, where 5 spot/projection welding machines are operated.

The expansion of the sheet metal part production plant soon became necessary, so in 2007 we built a 2,000 m2 production hall equipped with bridge cranes, where besides expanding the sanitary block, a 500 m2 warehouse was also constructed. In this new hall, straight side presses with pressing forces of 250 – 450 tons were installed, as well as we transferred the presses from our previous plant situated on Reptéri út. This way our sheet metal parts production capacity has been concentrated in one place.

In order to retain our customers, gain their satisfaction and broaden the customer base and to raise the quality of our activities, in 2001, we introduced and, since then, we have been applying a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2000 standard.

At our Company, we have developed and operated an environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2004 standard, which was successfully certified in July 2006.
