{"id":4139,"date":"2020-11-23T14:47:46","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T14:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pannontools.hu\/en\/?page_id=4139"},"modified":"2021-04-15T18:35:21","modified_gmt":"2021-04-15T18:35:21","slug":"company-history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pannontools.hu\/en\/company-history\/","title":{"rendered":"Company history"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>1964 <\/b>\u2013 The founder of the company, Lajos T\u00f3th started to work as a toolmaker for the tool plant of Magyar Vagon- \u00e9s G\u00e9pgy\u00e1r, then he worked for the tool plant of GY\u00c1\u00c9V from 1968.<\/li>\n<li><b>From 1971 to 1979 <\/b><b><\/b>\u2013 The founder of the company worked for the tool plant of ELZETT Lemez\u00e1rugy\u00e1r and obtained a tool maker\u2019s mastership certificate.<\/li>\n<li><b>From 1979 to 1993 <\/b>\u2013 Lajos T\u00f3th worked as a toolmaker tradesman.<\/li>\n<li><b>1993 <\/b>\u2013 The company was developed, Sat-Metal Kft. was established as a limited liability company, of which profile was tool production and stamping.<\/li>\n<li><b>2000 <\/b>\u2013 Image development, creation of new logo. The triangles in the logo symbolizes stability and diversification. The name of the company was changed, and it has been operated as Pannon Tools Kft. The word Pannon in the company name comes from our region&#8217;s old Roman name &#8211; Pannonia, and Tools is an English word means \u201cszersz\u00e1m, eszk\u00f6z\u201d in Hungarian. Our objective was that the foreign customers recognize immediately the company profile.<\/li>\n<li><b>2000-2001 <\/b>\u2013 A quality management system based on ISO 9001:2000 was developed and started to apply.<\/li>\n<li><b>August 2001 <\/b>\u2013 First certification. After a successful audit of the quality management system based on <a href=\"#\">ISO 9001:2000<\/a> standard we have received the certificates from T\u00dcV Rheinland for the scope of design and production of cold forming dies, hot forming and plastic moulding tools as well as production and assembly of components.<\/li>\n<li><b>July 2002 <\/b><b><\/b>\u2013 We supplied the first metal components to ALPINE. Based on a previous customer\u2019s audit as well as on our activates and references, we became a metal component supplier of ALPINE.<\/li>\n<li><b>2005 <\/b>\u2013 Production and stamping of sheet metal parts became our main profile. We built a 3300 m2 new production hall in the Industrial Park of Gy\u0151r in 2005, one third (1100 m2) of which was laid out as a new press plant. In the plant, we also installed new high capacity eccentric press lines with pressing forces of 315 tons and 250 tons. In the production hall, a welding area has also been set up. The development of an environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2004 standard was commenced.<\/li>\n<li><b>2006 <\/b>\u2013 The environmental management system based on <a href=\"#\">ISO 14001: 2004<\/a> standard was developed, and it was successfully certified by AIB-VINCOTTE in July 2006.<\/li>\n<li><b>2007 <\/b>\u2013 The expansion of the sheet metal part production plant soon became necessary, so in 2007, we built a 2,000 m2 production hall equipped with bridge cranes, where besides expanding the sanitary block, a 500 m2 warehouse was also constructed.In this new hall, straight side presses with pressing forces of 250 \u2013 400 tons were installed, as well as we transferred the presses from our previous plant situated on Rept\u00e9ri \u00fat. This way our sheet metal parts production capacity has been concentrated in one place.<\/li>\n<li><b>July 2007 <\/b>\u2013 We supplied the first automobile parts to SUZUKI.
