[vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]In addition to its tool production activities, Pannon Tools Kft.<\/strong> has also been engaged in pressing activities since the beginning. With the growth of the company and its customer base, and as a result of improvements, the production of sheet metal stampings<\/strong> became the main business line by 2005. Today, we are a supplier to many large companies in the automotive and building services segments.<\/p>\n

Our factory hall, specially designed for press production, with special machine bases and equipped with bridge cranes, is suitable for the operation of straight-side presses with high pressing forces and lower cylinders.<\/p>\n

Press plant<\/h3>\n

Our press plant with our company’s tool production background is capable of flexibly covering is all customer needs from tool designing through prototype all the way to production.<\/b> On the production lines of our 3,100 m2 press plant 5,400 tons of sheet metal is processed annually. At present, we have 30 press machines with a pressing force of 16-630 tons.<\/p>\n

These press machines, considering structure and pressing forces are as follows:<\/p>\n

Straight side presses:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 1 pc. straight side press with a pressing force of 450 tons,<\/li>\n
  • 1 pc. straight side press with a pressing force of 400 tons with air pass-up,<\/li>\n
  • 1 pc. straight side press with a pressing force of 385 tons with air pass-up,<\/li>\n
  • 3 pcs. straight side presses with a pressing force of 315 tons, two of them with air pass-up,<\/li>\n
  • 4 pcs. straight side presses with a pressing force of 250 tons, two of them with air pass-up,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Hydraulic presses:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1 pc. hydraulic press with a pressing force of 630 tons with bottom blank holder,<\/li>\n
    • 1 pc. hydraulic press with a pressing force of 400 tons with bottom blank holder,<\/li>\n
    • 1 pc. hydraulic press with a pressing force of 250 tons with bottom blank holder,<\/li>\n
    • 1 pc. hydraulic press with a pressing force of 160 tons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      C-frame eccentric presses:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 3 pcs. eccentric presses with a pressing force of 250 tons,<\/li>\n
      • 4 pcs. eccentric presses with a pressing force of 160 tons,<\/li>\n
      • 3 pcs. eccentric presses with a pressing force of 100 tons,<\/li>\n
      • Eccentric presses with a pressing forces of 63 tons (2 pcs.), 40 tons (2 pcs.), 25 tons (1 pc.) and 16 tons (1 pc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In our press plant, machining with both progressive and single-function cold forming tools can be performed. Thanks to our press feeding equipment and skilled colleagues, a productive, safe production can be realized. We continuously develop and optimize our parts production process, we are striving to apply state-of-art procedures<\/b>.<\/p>\n

        Our production lines are adequate for automated production from raw material supply to product packaging.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

        Welding area<\/h3>\n

        In the production hall, a welding area <\/b>has also been set up.<\/p>\n

        The following machines are used:<\/p>\n

        • Rehm arc welding robot cell with 6-axis Motoman SK6 robot arm.<\/li>\n
        • Spot\/projection welding machines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
